Impact Velocity has been optimized further, and now runs better on low-end PC's.

Impact Velocity has always run out of a single runtime exe, but that was horrendously inefficient. Impact Velocity now has to be installed using a standard windows installer.

Changes:

• Single Runtime EXE has been removed, and the player now has to install Impact Velocity using the new installer.
